**Purpose of Position**
The Regional Distribution organization focuses on strategic and operational oversight of Deliver operations for MedTech (Warehouse, Local Transportation and Customer Service) to ensure reliable supply in alignment with segment priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive a culture of Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Lead the transformation of Deliver organization towards reliable and best in class logistics operations
- Drive execution strategy for distribution, transportation, customer service to ensure reliable supply in alignment with segment priorities and strategy cascaded by Segment Deliver Leader
- Partner with Segment Deliver to manage for Segment performance, priorities and outcome metrics, including financial Business Planning (Deliver SG&A)
- Foster operational efficiencies in Deliver core processes, through robust metrics
- Promotes standardizations and standard methodologies' implementation among all country’s operations in partnership with RDEx
- Lead distribution operations; provides guidance and strategic direction to Distribution organizations in LATAM markets
- Monitor execution of S&OP plans derived from this process
- Accountable for the preparation, execution and continuous monitoring of Deliver P&L: Business Plan, June & November Updates and required Latest Thinking
- Together with PM/Analytics and RDEx define and execute Efficiency Projects across the region
- Lead the execution of reliable operations within 3PL management
- Drive adherence to compliance standards (such as: temperature control, repack/relabel, trade compliance, SOx, HCC, EHS&S, sanitary agency licenses) and integrate relevant compliance requirements into business processes
- Proactively surface and resolve key issues to root cause
- Lead and develop the organization across market distributions teams to engage in E2E collaboration and solutions
- Engage with both internal & external sources to drive continuous improvement for the organization
- Identify and champion a talent development strategy (JJSC People Strategy) for high potential and strong talent and design the organizational roadmap

**Key Interfaces**:

- Segment Deliver: Alignment with regional segment deliver lead on segment priorities
- GDEx/RDEx: Assess operational maturity and define and execute continuous improvement priorities and deployment of logistics standards
- Compliance: Jointly focus on creating competitive advantage through quality and compliance
- EHS&S and Q&C: Ensure highest EHS&S and quality standards in LATAM Operations
- PM/Analytics: partner on projects prioritization and CIP/CAPEX programs

**Objectives**:

- Set By: LATAM Deliver VP, with input from Segment Deliver leads and GDEx/RDEx
- Focus on: Enabling execution of reliable day to day operations within Distribution and 3PL Mgmt, ensuring quality and compliance; creating scale and leverage within MedTech
- Measured By: Cost, Cash and Service - such as, achievement of segment-specific SLAs for reliability, inventory, cost to serve and OTIF-D

**Qualifications**
Education / Experience**:

- Min. 15 years in end-to-end supply chain related disciplines
- Experience in at least one of the following transportation / operations / warehousing functions
- Presence and persistence to face off with and be a challenge partner to business leaders throughout regional Deliver
- Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
- Business fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Demonstrated capability in 3PL management
- Capability in core transportation and warehouse systems
- Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations
- Highly collaborative and influential. Ability to work regionally and globally, across businesses, sectors, and functions. Able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus

- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across a broad portfolio of products, customers and channels
- Track record of having led large-scale programs grounded in transportation/warehousing/operations activities
