At PepsiCo, what makes you unique, makes us better **Responsibilities**: What will you work on: - Ensure that taxes will be paid within legal deadlines after accounting reconciliation - Ensure that accessory obligations will be prepared according to the tax rules and delivered within the legal deadline such as ECF, DIRF/REINF, DCTF, EFD Contribuições, PER/DCOMP. - Technical skills required are: knowledge in Income Tax Calculation (BRGAAP and USGAAP); PIS/COFINS calculation, withholding tax; reports (FAS109, FIN48 and Forecast), Deferred, and Transfer Pricing. - Work to identify opportunities and mitigate risk - Ensure compliance with demands for inspections and audits, providing all necessary clarifications. - Assist tax partners and senior management on proposals and business development calls. - Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews; perform in-charge role as needed. - Maintain a good working relationship with internal clients, staff and other departments.
