**Role description**:
Are you an experienced Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and designing intuitive digital experiences? Do you want to help organizations make smarter, data-driven decisions through cutting-edge analytics?

Join Arcadis as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the future of Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA)—our powerful, data-driven platform that enables businesses and governments to make smarter, more strategic decisions.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in elevating the user experience of our decision-support platform, used by global enterprises. You will work across complex data workflows to create world-class customer experiences and help establish a user-centric design culture within Arcadis. Collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, you will transform complex data insights into seamless and intuitive user experiences.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Define and refine user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency and high quality across all design work.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to align design with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar role.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive solutions.
