Develop internal presentations and materials for directors and partners
- Assist in the preparation of reports for private equity funds’ investors and public reports for GP, G2D & Spice shareholders
- Be responsible for GP’s institutional presentation and handle investors’ requests
- Monitor the private equity market, such as competitors, investors, trends, among others
- Lead regulatory obligations with CVM, SIX Swiss Exchange, Luxembourg and Bermuda Stock Exchange
- Lead the regulatory and KYC obligations related to the Funds (onshore and offshore)
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:

- Develop internal presentations and materials for directors and partners

**Requisitos e qualificações**:

- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Advanced MS Office package
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance
- Self-driven with positive, proactive attitude and a team player
- Strong prioritization skills for time sensitive and public deliverables
- Oral and written communication skills
