We’re looking for an exceptional Affiliate Team Lead to take the reins of operational side of our Affiliate department and drive forward our global affiliate programs. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role at a high-growth iGaming company where your impact will be visible from day one.

As the Affiliate Team Lead, you’ll not only manage and optimize a portfolio of high-value affiliate partnerships, but also lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Affiliate Managers to reach new performance heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers, setting clear KPIs and ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Together with Head of Affiliates define and execute the affiliate strategy aligned with the company’s broader acquisition goals across multiple brands and markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and partnership models to scale the affiliate program profitably.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of new affiliate partners, ensuring the right fit for each brand and market.
- Optimize relationships with existing affiliates to increase performance and drive incremental value.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring consistent growth, adherence to KPIs, and a strong return on investment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with content plans and brand strategies.
- Work closely with the data and BI teams to ensure reporting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
- Follow any legal changes/ requirements to make sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
- Deliver detailed performance reports, insights, and forecasting to senior leadership.
- Monitor affiliate traffic and player behavior for fraud and compliance risks.
- Continually test and refine commission models, creatives, and acquisition funnels to maximize impact.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming sector, including 2 year in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing high-value affiliates and optimizing acquisition performance across multiple geos - experience from Norwegian market is considered a huge advantage
- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and iGaming performance metrics such as ROI, ARPU, CPA, CR, etc
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience using affiliate platforms and reporting tools
- Passionate about the iGaming industry and always up to date with affiliate marketing trends and regulatory changes
