We are on the lookout for a **Product & Compliance Insights Specialist** to join our Regulatory Compliance department where you will focus on ensuring company's compliance with regulatory standards, particularly around eCogra submissions, while also providing product support. Additionally, this role involves creating and maintaining product manuals, with a focus on regulatory compliance auditing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the company adheres to all regulatory requirements, including regular audits and assessments of processes.
- Manage the end-to-end process for eCogra submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update compliance-related documentation and procedures.
- Assist in compliance-related investigations and reporting, working closely with auditors.
- Create, update, and manage detailed product manuals that are user-friendly and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Ensure that product documentation reflects all necessary compliance guidelines and product features.
- Product specialist.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience with compliance, auditing, or regulatory roles, especially within the igaming industry.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to eCogra submissions or other regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in fast-paced, regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, particularly in relation to eCogra and industry-specific auditing standards.
- Strong knowledge of product management and technical documentation.
- Experience with auditing processes and compliance investigations.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, Power BI, SQL Server etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including product, legal, and compliance departments.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills, especially when dealing with complex compliance topics.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
