Plant Controller

Responsible for managing the controlling, fiscal, and cost activities, keeping an eye on the legal, fiscal, and operational aspects and ensuring the accuracy and regularity of the reports and accounting statements, as well as making economic and financial projections based on sales and operational estimates. **Responsabilidades e atribuições** - Responsible for all the flow of management information needed to adjust and maintain the profitability of the business, coordinating the preparation and assembly of the corporate budget and its periodic reviews and annual balance sheets of the company, approving reports and various payments; - Responsible for the finances involved with the plant, being in charge of overseeing Cameron's compliance with the rules to be followed; - Prepare Budget and financial projections; - Perform financial performance analysis; - Perform the closing and accounting routines Brazil GAAP and USGAAP; - Provide data to the Plant General Manager, for purposes of improving business performance; - Prepare and send consolidated information to the headquarters; - Provide Fixed Assets Control for the Plant; - Manage the Financial and Tax team providing support and identifying needs to increase staff according to demand; - Follow Cameron's safety procedures and rules; - Perform other activities similar to the function, as requested by your manager; - Provide support during COST ROLL (annual re-evaluation of product costs), containing all reports, comments and signatures - Evaluate the needs of maintaining annual physical inventory of inventories; - Maintain a clean and transparent environment, thus meeting the company's "compliance" philosophy; - Ensure your own and your team's safety, following Cameron's safety procedures, by using safety equipment and avoiding accidents - Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, meeting the Quality Policy of the organization - Participate in the cause analysis of deviations identified in their areas, monitor the implementation of defined actions and ensure that they are completed, according to the procedure for corrective and preventive actions in the Plant Procedures Manual; - Identify, provide and update the training needs of his area; - To maintain and implement the activities described in the procedures of his area, as well as train the people who execute these activities **Requisitos e qualificações** Higher Education completed, Minimum 5 years of experience in the position; Experience or experience in external audit; Fluent English. **Informações adicionais
