Sr Risk Analyst

**Job Context**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and review the information security policy.
- Maintain and review the IT control structure.
- Lead the execution of action plans to close gaps and improve control effectiveness.
- Review logical access management within IT business areas.
- Execute awareness programs within the organization.
- Review local policies and procedures, ensuring global consistency.
- Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure the performance of their responsibilities within the information security framework.
- Implement and maintain the Business Continuity Structure.

**Required Skills**:

- Academic background, preferably in Business Administration, Econometrics, Engineering.
- Experience in operational risk/information security areas.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of local banking regulation and information risk.
- Experience in bridging the gap between business and IT.

**Language**:

- Native Portuguese
- Advanced or fluent English.
