**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As an Associate Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will act as the Financial Controller for our logistics and inventory operations. In this strategic role, you’ll partner closely with Logistics and Supply Chain leaders to bring financial insight, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a business partner to Logistics and Supply Chain Directors and Managers, providing financial support and strategic insights.
- Proactively collaborate with operational teams to identify efficiencies and improve key financial indicators.
- Lead the monthly financial review of logistics and inventory (including import expenses, sales freights, warehouse expenses, write-offs, SLOBS, total inventories), identifying risks and opportunities, and developing action plans.
- Prepare the annual logistics and supply chain budget in coordination with functional leaders. Report monthly forecasts expenses as part of the S&OP process.
- Support and help lead savings initiatives and potential sourcing projects.
- Drive automation initiatives and promote digital tools for process improvement.
- Ensure proper internal controls and compliance.
- Provide visibility and support to local Finance leadership.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING**
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Previous experience in cost accounting or finance roles related to logistics.
- Advanced excel skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate/ advanced level of Spanish and English (both written and verbal)

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**
- Experience working with SAP.
- Automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Macros, or RPA.
- Strong analytical skills and autonomy.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, with the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
