Observe, meet and supervise compliance with the Regulatory Norms of the Ministry of Labor, establishing the programs required by current legislation.
- Carry out the process of publicizing, electing and swearing in CIPA members, participating in monthly meetings to report on issues related to accident prevention.
- Request, prepare or provide support to third parties in the renewal of the necessary legal reports and documents (PGR, LTCAT, pressure vessels, lightning rods, ergonomic report of working conditions and report of electrical installations).
- Carry out or facilitate mandatory training of employees in the Regulatory Norms of the Ministry of Labor through own resources or third parties, in order to obtain qualification in first aid, use of PPE, CIPA, forklift operation, hoist and overhead crane operation.
- Schedule and carry out the annual SIPAT.
- Perform accident risk analysis, aiming to eliminate possible causes of accidents.
- Evaluate, inspect and implement the procedures related to GMP more commonly known as good manufacturing practices, encompassing the entire process of hygiene and cleaning practices of equipment and plant building facilities.

**- Train operators in GMP concepts, such as**: Personal and hand hygiene, hygiene in the manufacturing process and organization of the workplace, food in production areas, etc.
- Monitor, inspect and control all factors that may harm the environment, aiming to maintain the comfort of employees and the community, involving recycling, garbage collection, polluting materials, water quality, emission of polluting gases, etc.
- Elaborate studies to carry out improvements in the manufacturing production area, through the installation of devices, complementary equipment and safety protections in general, aiming to eliminate unsafe conditions detected in the work environment.
