**Job Title**: UGC Content Creator / Influencer (Full-Time)
**Location**: Remote
**Work Schedule**: Monday
- Friday, 40 hours a week, flexible hours (UK timezone)

**NOTE: INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION**

**About The Role**:
We are a rapidly growing health and wellness brand based in the United Kingdom looking for a talented UGC Content Creator to work with us on a full-time basis and produce authentic, engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.

You'll have the creative freedom to develop compelling content while working remotely, focusing on creating high-impact UGC videos, reels, and social media content that showcases our products and connects with our target audience.

You'll be both the face of our brand and the creative force behind the scenes, crafting content that educates, entertains, and inspires our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create professional-quality UGC videos, reels, and social content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Shoot and edit user-generated content (UGC) for various platforms
- Film both face-to-camera and creative B-roll content that showcases our products in an authentic, relatable way.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that maximizes engagement across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Create scripts and execute a consistent content schedule that aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Create trending content that aligns with our brand voice
- Act as on-camera talent for certain posts
- Create faceless content such as reels and posts
- Create content that educates audiences about product benefits while maintaining an engaging, personable approach.
- Handle all aspects of content creation including filming, lighting, audio, and editing.
- Ensure all deliverables meet platform-specific requirements and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall business objectives.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Previous success at creating engaging UGC content
- A proven portfolio of video work examples
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Proficiency in video production, editing software, and content creation tools
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms and ad content editing for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Engaging on-camera presence
- Ability to connect authentically with audiences
- Creativity and innovation in content development
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Knowledge of social media trends and viral content
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Advanced/fluent English Skills (written)
