We’re looking for a **Delivery Manager** to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate the delivery of complex projects across product, technology, and operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our project outcomes align with business goals - balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement with precision and energy.

**Requirements**:
**What it takes to succeed**:

- Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Confident working with cross-functional and fully remote teams.
- Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office tools, and Team Health frameworks.
- Experience in the payments or fintech space is a strong advantage.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business).
- Alternatively, significant verifiable experience in a similar role will also be considered.
- Minimum **7 years of experience** in project delivery, program management, or technology leadership.
- Hands-on experience with software delivery and client-facing project leadership.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
- Generate reporting and insights for senior leadership on progress, blockers, and delivery impact.

**Process Improvement**
- Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline operations, enhancing team effectiveness.
- Help teams evolve by integrating best practices, feedback loops, and post-project learnings.
