**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with consumer facing products.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with release management life cycles and project milestones, in a fluid environment.
- Experience managing execution and product delivery.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to be an influential member of an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

- Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.
