Management Accountant

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial information to the Head of Finance and CFO.
- Perform periodic and year-end closing journals and prepare monthly management accounts.
- Review month-end procedures and prepare the monthly Group Consolidation.
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze actual performance against budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and ensure compliance with corporation tax obligations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and provide support on ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Possess an ACCA qualification or a University degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Excel and XERO; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Passion for gaming or prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
