**O dia a dia...**

Esta posição será responsável por:

- Estabelecer uma comunicação efetiva entre tecnologia da informação e as áreas de serviços compartilhados de Recursos Humanos, sendo o primeiro ponto de contato entre as duas organizações.
- Oferecer soluções de tecnologia para resolver demandas, promovendo as soluções existentes no catálogo de produtos para melhorar a eficiência dos processos de recursos humanos.
- Identificar oportunidades assim como resolver e/ou escalar temas urgentes.
- Traduzir em forma de especificações funcionais as necessidades e compartilhar com equipes técnicas.
- Utilizar a governança existente para reportar e implementar novas demandas.
- Reportar o progresso das implementações e do dia-a-dia de suporte técnico dando visibilidade e transparência aos envolvidos interessados no processo.
- Participar e liderar reuniões de trabalho com ambas equipes.
