**Brazil GFT Project Manager **(IT Project Manager - PM - C12)** **Role Description**: The IT Project Manager provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for all projects int the area. Applies your knowledge to understand the techniques, models, plans and rules and to share and direct the team(s) to keep in compliance with the best practices of project management. Responsible for timeliness, planning, quality, cost and risk over Portfolio of the area and presentations to stakeholders. Strong communication and supervising skills are expected. **Key responsibilities**: - Coordinate activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines - Ensure adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process. - Applies good understanding of concepts to identify impacts and resolves/indicates solutions and mitigations for issues and risks of the projects - Act as PMO for Area identifying changes on the process, participating in PMO Regional and Global meetings, sharing knowledge, supervise and support the PM team in all processes at Initiatives, programs and projects management level. - Contributes to planning and budget management - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and to manage team - Understand Financial needs and priorities giving critical advice and proposing solutions and necessary changes - Skill to prepare executive presentations, including graphics and KPIs to local and regional committees and represent the area in these meetings when requested - Support Risk & Control process including monitoring tools and communication - Support all reports and presentation related to Risk & Control Internal Process Work with multidisciplinary team in different countries to comply with global, regional and local strategies **Requirements**: **Experience**: - Mandatory - 3 + Years of Experience within Technology organization - 5 - 8 Years of Experience in IT Project leadership role - Program and Project Management skills including Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies. - MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word knowledge - Desirable - Experience on BOW (Book of work) yearly preparation and Risk Management **Behavior** - Good communication and presentation / public speaking skills. (Technology and non - technology) - Show Leadership and skills of negotiation/influence including working with International groups - Able to interact and effectively communicate with different levels of management - Skill to coordinate, manage and supervise teams even remotely and with different seniority levels - High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented **Education** - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Administration or equivalent. - Post-Graduation or MBA is a differentiation - Languages: Fluent Portuguese.
