HR Intern

**HR Intern (Learning & Development)****:
Exactpro specialises in quality assurance services and related software development with a focus on test automation for financial market infrastructures worldwide. We design software for testing technologically sophisticated platforms of our clients - leading financial industry companies. Half of the top 20 largest global stock exchange groups use Exactpro software and ideas.

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who will work closely with our global Learning & Development team to collaborate closely with the team to achieve global and local training and development project coordination and consistency.

**Responsibilities**:

- support the L&D team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities and duly follow-up of same through implementation;
- manage and monitor course release calendars and communication of training content on the online training platform;
- assist in the preparation of communications and presentations for training courses/content;
- track the hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team;
- support in preparation of reports or dashboards with key indicators required for the L&D team project;
- participate in the L&D department events & activities.

**Requirements**:

- currently following a Degree or having a Diploma/Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management;
- experience using the Microsoft suite products;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- sound written, verbal, presentation and report writing skills.
