Mgr Network Control

**Job Purpose**:
Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation, ensuring high quality service delivery, service devolpment & meeting expectations from Internal areas, Vendors, Partners and End Customers. Manage staff service delivery, coordinating staff training, time allocation while guaranteeing each asset career development and economical retention. Role enables a competitive advantage by providing a service value added portfolio to TD Synnex distribution programs, while also generating 2.3 M USD year revenue with margins oscilating from 20-80%.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a multi service post sales support team 24*7 operation. Allocate staff in a 24*7 shift. 5%Coordinate asset trainings and preparation. 5%Manage customer expectations. 10%Strive for a high quality service delivery based on case review and Customer Satisfaction Surveys feedback. 20%
- Participate in vendor MSP development programs. 20%
- Develop agnostic support service programs. 20%
- Participate in joint strategies with lateral areas (Service Delivery, Presales, Traning). 10%
- Internal and external service portfolio promotion. 10%

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
- >3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
