**Job Overview: Fnance Intern**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a dynamic work environment. The intern will support various financial processes, reporting, and analysis tasks, playing a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial data and assisting the finance team in day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and processing invoices.
- Conduct financial analysis using Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables functions.
- Help with month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
- Compile financial data for internal and external reporting.
- Participate in financial audits by organizing and reviewing necessary documents.
- Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and forecasting activities.
- Perform ad hoc financial research and analysis as required by the finance team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including experience with formulas, pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
