**About the role**:
Do you have a burning desire for winning sales and hitting targets? Do you like to have ownership and flexibility over how you approach your prospects? Do you want to work with clients in the likes of CoachHub, Nokia, Glovo and TIER?
We are a team of 30+ sales professionals working across the EU, US and APAC or from one of our offices. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will help grow CloudTalk's brand and portfolio across X market.
**What will you do**:
- Take ownership of building your sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to gather key lead information and identify new contacts
- Work with Marketing to convert inbound leads
- Engage with leaders in Sales, Customer Support, Business Development and adopt a consultative sales approach to deliver the CloudTalk value proposition
- Book demo meetings for the Account Executives following a successful qualification call
- Capture and manage lead information in our HubSpot CRM system
**What we expect of you**:
- Ideally 2 years B2B sales experience in inbound or outbound sales roles (ideally in the tech or SaaS industry)
- Be result-driven - You will have full ownership and your own work style on how to engage with leads as long as you meet your target.
- A successful track record that demonstrates your ability to consistently achieve your sales quota
- Strong research and communication skills to identify and engage with leads
- You are comfortable to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- You are full of energy to reach out to prospects and win new business
- You have a thirst for continuous learning and development
- Fluent/Native English speaker
