**Responsibilities**
- Perform analysis and debugging of C/C++ source code to identify and fix errors, bugs, and other issues.
- Troubleshoot complex problems, interpret error messages, and utilize debugging techniques to find effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements in the existing code.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users, explaining technical concepts and procedures in a clear and accessible manner.
- Translate high-level technical definitions into practical implementation.
- Evaluate the effort required for requested activities.
- Support the product/system and attend to customer support tasks.
- Develop software components, collecting information and assessing implementation viability.
- Attend to change requests/feature enhancements and refine requirements to progress through the release management process.
- Record metrics for monthly reporting of team performance.
- Collaborate with other engineering functions to implement test procedures for systems and equipment.
- Document procedures, recommendations, and create documentation as needed.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics or other with a logical and analytical background.
- Proven experience, 5+ years, in C#/C++ programming, demonstrating a strong understanding of these languages.
- Knowledge of C#, C++, Windows SDK, and multi-threading.
- Profound knowledge of code debugging and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills to interact effectively with the team and end-users.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for effective team interaction.
- Availability for travel
