Algumas atividades do dia a dia:
- Gerenciar as responsabilidades da gestão de contratos no Brasil;- Elaborar, avaliar, negociar e executar uma variedade de contratos, incluindo, entre outros, NDAs, contratos de fornecimento comercial, alteração, escrituras de novação e acordos financeiros relacionados ao financiamento da construção;- Garantir a adesão às políticas, processos e diretrizes contratuais necessárias para manter a documentação do contrato segura no banco de dados;- Desenvolver a capacidade de aprender o perfil de risco comercial da Nextracker, entender como adaptar o conteúdo para mitigar riscos e ajudar a desenvolver estratégias para minimizar os riscos potenciais para o negócio;- Gerenciar o processo de ciclo contratual, preparar toda a documentação necessária, coordenar a aprovação comercial e Legal e obter as assinaturas apropriadas.- Auxiliar na melhoria contínua da velocidade, qualidade e simplicidade dos processos de formação e gerenciamento de contratos, sem comprometer a conformidade;- Coordenar com os clientes a relação dos padrões da indústria;- Coordenar com as equipes Jurídicas e de Compras, especialmente com Conselho Geral Global;- Revisar, negociar, redigir e alterar os termos, condições e preços dos contratos e garantir que sejam executados e realizados com precisão, referindo-se ao MD e GC para aprovação;- Suportar os Gerentes de Projetos em quaisquer questões contratuais;- Reportar os status dos processos contratuais atuais para a gestão;- Analisar e solucionar quaisquer conflitos de contrato existentes;- Trabalhar na colaboração entre as partes internas e externas durante as fases de desenvolvimento e negociação do contrato;- Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho.
A experiência que estamos buscando acrescentar em nosso time:
- Ensino Superior completo em Administração/ Economia e areas afins;- Comercio Exterior (exportação, importação, expedição e legislação, e logística internacional)- Planejamento e Controle estratégico (KPI); Planejamento e controle financeiro;- Plataformas de chamados, gerenciamento de peças e documentos- Domínio em: Técnicas de elaboração de propostas e composição de custos; gestão de contratos;- Conhecimento sobre Aplicação de Impostos;- Pacote Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, e Excel);- MS Visio, MS Project, e MS Power BI;- Inglês Fluente.
Desejável:
- Espanhol;- Experiência mínima de 10 anos em gerenciamento;
