**Join our team**

As Site Leader, you will lead a team in a dynamic, stimulating production environment supplying specialty subsea products. You will be responsible for all aspects of shop operations, leading and motivating your team to achieve established targets.
You will take ownership of process improvements to ensure the quality, efficiency and delivery of key projects.

As a **Site Leader**, you will be responsible for:

- Leading subsea manufacturing plant in Curitiba/PR, Brazil including assembly & test activities.
- Leading your team to deliver continuous improvement activities and exceptional quality standards through day-to-day operations
- Ensuring your facility maintains and exemplifies Process Safety Management compliance in all areas through awareness and best practices
- Providing technical leadership to scope, plan, budget and monitor project activities to successfully deliver on-time results
- Exceeding KPIs in all key business functions through internal and external customer satisfaction, effective communication and delivery
- Developing a successful and motivated team through collaboration and training to ensure your team reflects our core values

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree preferably in business or supply chain management or relevant industry equivalent experience
- Large leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment and preferably, large supply chain experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and using it to shape improvement and sustain performance
- Show impressive knowledge and awareness of Supply Chain competencies
- Have a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams
- Have a natural ability to motivate and influence a team of engineers and technical experts
- Display a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
- Proficient in Portuguese and English.
