- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Business Support Intern** to join its office in **Rio de Janeiro**within the RINA Consulting Tender Division.
- Mission- The intern will support the Tender team in managing schedules, documents, supplier registration, and client databases, contributing to business development through organized and detail-oriented work. _#LI-KM_
**Key Accountabilities**
- Schedule Management:
- Support the Tender team in managing deadlines for bids and qualifications, ensuring that established timelines are met.
- Document Management:
- Assist the Tender team in managing bidding documents.
- Archive qualification and bidding documents.
- Organize folders containing legal, financial, technical, and administrative documents.
- Provide support in the verification and review of documents.
- Supplier Qualification:
- Support the qualification process for the company and its subsidiaries for supplier registration.
- Assist in managing qualification procedures through client portals.
- Data Management:
- Provide support to keep RINA’s databases, client portal information, and client registrations up to date.
- Requirements- Availability to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week).
- College students of Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations or similar.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
- Expected graduation from July 2027.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Genuine interest in the commercial area and business development.
- Proactive, organized, and analytical behavior.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Additional Information- Office located in Centro - Rio de Janeiro.
- Hybrid work (100% on-site after the first month).
