You'll partner closely with the Recruiting team to optimize the job roles in focus.

**About the role**:
Our Technology Recruiters drive collaboration with department leaders through partnership to optimize processes and attract outstanding technical talent. Our team understands how to match talent with the most relevant career opportunities, assess technical knowledge and identify potential for growth. Our multi-faceted environment allows a recruiter to work closely with multiple business partners and team members while working on a multitude of open roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively identify, recruit and hire talent through the use of LinkedIn, networking, sourcing referrals, boolean searches, etc.
- Full Cycle Recruitment: full ownership of the recruitment pipeline - from profile conceptualization, outreach, screening, interview panel coordination, scheduling through to offer and close.
- Partner Management: Continuously work with our Hiring teams to align on the competencies of an open role and how to measure them accurately and effectively through proactive guidance internal toward an optimized hiring practices.
- Network and Referral Management: Seeking out opportunities to collaborate with current Andelans' social and professional networks to develop and coordinate communications and events to attract potential talent to opportunities within Andela.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience with a passion and understanding for technology and data science talent acquisition.
- Experience actively sourcing and attracting talent across various online channels and platforms.
- Tried and true relationship management skills that showcase the ability to communicate clearly and influence without authority
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a sophisticated and developing organization
