**Main responsibilities**:

- Work to refine requirements to efficiently and effectively execute planned outcomes
- Drive new and improve existing processes
- Partner with the Product Owner to understand business strategy, intended outcomes, and the overall strategic roadmap.
- Estimate level of effort for required work.
- Recommend and develop solutions. Drive solutions to completion from recommendations, design, configuration, and unit testing, to measuring success and ongoing maintenance - includes large-scale strategic projects, enhancements, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Configure compliant solutions, meeting technical, security, and data privacy standards.
- Identify and lead optimization and process improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Partner with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to ensure successful product releases & upgrades.
- Collaborate with resources across functions to effectively implement end to end solutions.
- Create complete and clear documentation of changes.
- Create reports to utilize data to better understand current state and make recommendations.

**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ** Nice to have**:Project Management: Proven experience in executing technical projects, from planning through delivery.
- Language: Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Experience with specific Payroll and Time & Attendance software such as ADP, Kronos, or similar systems
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- ** Nice to have**: Familiarity with **cloud-based solutions** and integrations

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: A team player who can work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
