Senior Process Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Process Specialist to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, SP, reporting to the Process Manager, your activities will be: Responsible for developing and carrying out studies of methods, organization, movements for efficiency and optimization of manufacturing and processes for engineering projects for continuous non-productive improvements and product quality; evaluate costs, deadlines for acquisition of equipment, tools, deadlines and technical documentation; comply with deadlines, budgets and technical and quality specifications, in accordance with quality, safety, health and environmental guidelines and strategies.

1. Develop and carry out studies of methods, organization and manufacturing processes and/or engineering projects, analyzing production programs, workloads, among other variables, according to established guidelines and guidelines.

2. Plan, study and develop research projects in systems and products, establishing objectives, scopes and methodologies, identifying sources of physical and financial resources and preparing physical-budgetary schedules.

3. Monitor and analyze the performance of industrial processes, carrying out measurements, balances and tests with the aim of improving equipment performance and increasing productivity and adaptation of professionals, according to guidelines, occupational safety, health and the environment.

4. Participate in the development of new products and operational techniques that may be important in optimizing costs and equipment efficiency.

5. Monitor and technically support projects and tests with new equipment, processes, operations, raw and auxiliary materials

6. Recommend changes in organization and working methods, in the use of machines and simplification of operational phases, in order to reduce production costs and optimize the different stages of the process.

7. Keep technical documentation regarding equipment, statistical production and process control data, productivity indexes, among others, up to date.

8.Participate in the planning of maintenance of machinery and equipment; to analyze together with other areas of the production process the deviations of processes and establish an action plan, as well as monitor the evolution of the global efficiency KPIs.

9. Monitor the evolution of the “Over Usage” index in the areas of operation and act to keep within the levels of the projects.

10.Monitor production, maintenance and quality indicators, participating in processes of prevention, correction and performance improvement of equipment and machines, as well as structuring and maintaining Process tables in the Analysis System.

11.Define, together with the different areas, data and technical information necessary to carry out the development of projects and their methodologies, for the adaptation of new products, raw materials, among others.

12. Carry out technical and technological prospecting, identifying needs for improvements and technological improvement and methodologies, pointing out trends in technologies in the market that provide an increase in quality, rationalization and cost reduction.

13.Lead research projects, establishing economic feasibility analyzes of modifications/replacements or implementation of equipment and variables of environmental, safety, environment and health impacts.

14. Prepare technical documentation, issue reports and technical opinions, as well as update manuals, through studies, data collection and operational programs, and generate technical and safety specifications for products and processes.

15. Issue reports regarding technical and operational occurrences in the studies and/or implementations/modifications carried out, keeping teams and other professionals involved aware and the recommended actions.

16. Evaluate the safety and ergonomics conditions of the equipment, prepare and update the respective checklist of each equipment, together with the Occupational Safety Technician, as well as analyze and propose actions for the notifications of non-compliance of processes/products

17. Participate in the preparation of the annual and investment budget, providing data and technical information.

18. Ensure that conservation, cleaning and hygiene procedures are observed in the work area, as well as guide third parties in also complying with safety, health, discipline and accident prevention rules.

FORMATION:
Complete or Ongoing Higher Education. In the absence of the previous requirements, the time of experience in the function of at least 5 years will be considered.
