**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You'll take complete ownership of our founder's digital brand expansion, producing 100 episodes of podcast while landing our founder on 50 external podcasts within 12 months. Your mission includes growing social media to 100K total followers (30K on LinkedIn) through strategic content creation and distribution.

Working directly with our founder, you'll manage the entire content ecosystem from guest sourcing and podcast production to social media management and external booking. This role combines creative content strategy with systematic growth hacking to build our founder's influence and reach across all digital platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Podcast Production & Management**:_Source, schedule, and coordinate all podcast guests and interviews. Manage recording sessions and oversee post-production editing. Publish and distribute episodes across all podcast platforms
- **Content Creation & Distribution**:_Create and post daily social content from podcast episodes and video archives. Develop short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage content calendars and posting schedules across all platforms
- **External Booking & Brand Building**:_Book our founder on external podcasts and speaking events. Pitch our founder to podcast hosts and event organizers. Coordinate guest appearances and maximize exposure opportunities
- **Social Media Growth**:_Execute growth strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Engage with followers and build community around our founder's brand. Track performance metrics and optimize content for maximum reach

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong written English communication skills
- Proven experience with AI tools for content creation and automation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly)
- Problem ownership mentality: solution-focused, autonomous, and persistent
- Experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs
- Podcast or content marketing experience (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Video editing and content scheduling expertise
- Social growth hacking and storytelling abilities
- **Plus**:Experience booking podcast guests or working with influencers

**TOOLS & SOFTWARE**
- Descript, Riverside, or CapCut for video and podcast editing
- Repurpose.io or Vizard for short-form content creation
- Buffer, Metricool, or Hypefury for social media scheduling
- Canva + ChatGPT for captions, descriptions, and visual branding
- Castmagic or Matchmaker.fm for podcast guest matching and booking

**KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS**
- 2 podcast episodes recorded and published per week
- 10+ pieces of content posted per week across platforms
- 1 external podcast/event booking per week for our founder
- 2,500+ new social media followers per month
- 5%+ engagement rate on key social platforms
- Weekly podcast performance and outreach tracking reports
