**Requisitos**: Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos de implementação da plataforma ServiceNow. Conhecimento sólido das melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos. Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar efetivamente com clientes e equipes internas. Certificação ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ou equivalente).

Certificação ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Conhecimento em Azure DevOps. Histórico de implementação em projetos de CSM. Fluência em inglês para comunicação eficaz com clientes e equipes internacionais.

**Atividades**: Colaborar com os clientes para entender seus requisitos e objetivos de negócios relacionados à ServiceNow. Desenvolver estratégias e planos de implementação. Gerenciar equipes de projeto ServiceNow utilizando metodologias Agile, Scrum e Waterfall. Monitorar o progresso do projeto, identificar riscos e implementar estratégias de mitigação.

Contribuir para uma excelente experiência do cliente. Organizar e conduzir demonstrações e apresentações iniciais de produtos. Garantir a aplicação da metodologia de gerenciamento de projeto escolhida pela empresa. Ser consultivo ao cliente com relação aos seus processos e boas práticas de mercado relacionadas à solução ServiceNow.

Garantir a transição bem-sucedida para o time de sustentação. Identificar novas oportunidades. Ser responsável pela identificação de requisitos técnicos e de negócio levantados com clientes. Identificar riscos e problemas de negócio ou técnico em conjunto com o time técnico.

Acompanhar e garantir a execução dos testes integrados das entregas do time em cada sprint. Atualizar documentos de manual e/ou treinamento das entregas do time em cada fase do projeto.
