About You

You’re driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

You’re also a college graduate with a degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or a related area, authorized to work in Brazil, and live in São Paulo region, speaks fluent English and have at least two years of continuous work experience.

You will:

- Create plans and proposals to be refined and aligned with sectors to achieve Plastic Footprint goals and 2030 vision.
- Connect and articulate with internal and external ecosystem to identify opportunities, synergies, coordinate Plastic footprint programs and capture learnings across Kimberly-Clark and categories.
- Find new solutions and opportunities for Latin America to reduce plastic and carbon footprint for Huggies®, Intimus®/Kotex®, Plenitud® and Scott®.
- Be responsible to report Plastic Footprint KPIs to stakeholders.
- Give team support on definitions, calculations, methodologies, and sustainability routes.
