The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. - Help on building from scratch Seller operations team in CB Area;
- Execute Operations SOPs Across Shopee internal teams to speed up execution on key work streams impacting Seller Experience;
- Build and align all necessary SOPs to pursue superior seller experience;
- Seller NPS PMO;
- Serve as the main stakeholder for Cross Border seller situations with our team overseas;
- Guarantee the following KPI attainment and improvement : Seller NPS, Issue Resolution SLA, Seller compensation Accuracy;
- Coordinate daily operations according to local business scenarios;
- Handle contingencies with a deep level of commitment and tactical execution;
- Understand critical issues through accurate and focalized data analysis and problem solving capabilities;
- Prepare multiple instances/ meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to support key projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, economics, engineering or related;
- Experience in Operations planning;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Advanced English;
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Capability to create executive presentations intended to leadership roles within the company.
