**Your mission on the team**:
We are looking for people who love technology and writing. If you like new technologies, face unique challenges and write and share your learnings, this is your opportunity. As a Tech Writer, you will unlock the world of systems integrations and help us create and build world-class technical content and documentation in Portuguese and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Product Owner, UX, and Digibee developers to produce and maintain product documentation, glossary, release notes, and articles;
- Engagingly communicate information that users clearly understand through our content style guide;
- Gain a good understanding of our platform and technologies to translate complex concepts into simple and engaging content;
- Gather customer feedback to improve engagement and content;
- Monitor engagement metrics to improve our creative process.

**Requirements**:

- Training in Engineering, Technology, and related courses;
- Desirable experience in the area of technology;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of English and Portuguese grammar and composition (PT-BR);
- Desirable experience with content in different media and knowledge in Communication;
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in an ever-changing environment;
- Ability to conduct independent software research and work with writers, product marketing analysts, and developers;
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content aimed at a diverse audience;
- Be willing to embrace and engage in new challenges
