Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals, and ensuring the recruitment process efficiency.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives.-
- Collaborate closely with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements.- Promote our employer brand to attract top talent.- Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the selection process and talent acquisition programs.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices.-
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and are responsible for people-related HR documentation.- Demonstrate independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges, ensuring a resilient approach in all aspects of talent acquisition management.
More about you:
- You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience (IT company or global company).- Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions (technical and non-technical roles).- Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- You seek to make an impact by attracting and hiring the very best talent in the market.- Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.- You are a proficient user of both written and spoken English.- You have excellent organizational skills.
