**Here's what this role is all about**:

- Develop Strategic Marketing Planning;
- Develop new solutions to expand the influence and relevance of the Rentcars brand within the target audience;
- Introduce new opportunities for brand growth;
- Assess how the brand is perceived by consumers and the public, and identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies;
- Formulate marketing plans and coordinate promotional activities;
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and offer insights to enhance forthcoming marketing strategies;
- Gather and analyze data related to market trends, consumer behavior, competition, and other relevant factors;
- Ensure projects are executed with the expected quality and within deadlines;
- Maintain the consistent Rentcars Brand experience across all operational countries;
- Market analysis and performance evaluation.

**A good match would have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication or related areas;
- Experience with the international market.
- Capability of textual argumentation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiasm, and creative thinking;
- ** Advanced English;**:

- ** Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Curitiba, PR.**
