**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy with a focus on leveraging Business Intelligence to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs, using data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, risk management strategies, and sales objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to inform product decisions and sales strategies.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, sales data, and analytics.
- Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards while supporting sales goals.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of proven professional experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on Business Intelligence and transactional products.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, risk assessment, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and support sales strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on supporting sales through data insights.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude and experience in client-facing roles.
