- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Delivery Efficiency & Standardization Advisor (Administrative Advisor)** to join its office in **Rio de Janeiro**within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.

**Mission**
- RINA is looking for an Administrative Advisor based in Brazil with at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant or similar role.**Key Accountabitilies**
- Support the business in various step of the inspection process, such as active cycle admin management, reporting management and data entry, document preparation.
- Supporting the SLDEX unit in the monitoring of the service, performing periodic analysis and push up on the business on accuracy and timeliness of the data in the system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
- Advanced English skills (Spanish is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Organized, multitask and autonomous profile.
- 2 years of experience in financial roles.
