Multibrand Expert Technician

Day to day technical support to Service Operations (troubleshooting).

Customer interface for technical issues (questions and problems) related to Service Business.

Engineering support on locally developed solutions for the existing fleet.

Lead changes on the existing fleet by providing input in centralized processes (CIM, ECR, projects).

Ensure deployment of technical solutions to sites.

Ensure correct main component selection on sites.

Platform improvements to reduce LPF.

**Responsibilities**:
Main support on GE wind turbines platform development and troubleshooting.

Technical support onsite and office on troubleshooting of main components and general components.

Create and deliver technical reports and presentations to internal and external customers

Ability to coordinate and conduct decommissioning of damaged components.

Technical validation of components in the wind turbines.

**Qualifications**:
Engineering degree in electrical and/or mechanical area.

Experience in GE Wind turbines onsite or engineering team. Knowledge in other technologies is a plus.

Experience with gearbox, generator, main bearing, transformer, switchgear, yaw, motors and instrumentation.

English language written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
