**A Hybrid working model**

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does **a QA Analyst **do at Hogarth?**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
- Plan, design and implement tests plans.
- Run checks on finished works or under development to ensure quality standards according to client specifications and guideline.
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
- Check quality and functionality of the work, comparing client's needs with our delivery.
- Get the demand through Project Manager and Jira.
- Report bugs, risks and issues.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the QA Coordinator and the QA Lead.
You will work closely with web and apps, campaign and automation teams.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in web & app testing.
- Experience with BDD.
- Experience with designing test cases.

**Soft Skills**
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Diligent and meticulous.
- High regard for quality control.
- Time management.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Problem Solving.
