**What are we looking for?**
Product Development Scientist working in the lab to formulate high performing, inclusive and high quality products. Works closely with packaging team to ensure the product is compatible and stable and delivers the right in-use experience. Works with other R&D partners to qualify formulation safety, compliance, stability and performance. Ensures formulation work is on track for key project milestones. Responsible for technical development of product formulation from inception to launch.
**What are the main responsibilities**:
Uses technical methods and sensory testing to evaluate product performance and ensure targets are delivered. Works with R&D partner functions and Market Research to qualify product safety, efficacy, compliance, stability and quality and to validate product performance with the consumer.
**Who is the person?**
Expertise in formulation science and strong technical problem solving skills, ability to identify new technology solutions and work with external partners to bring new solutions in. Strong lab bench skills and technical competency.
**What you need to have?**
Strong chemistry and analytical training as well as problem solving, interpersonal, team, bench and cross-cultural communications (oral & written) skills. Strong organizational competencies and able to work successfully in a matrix global environment.
