Three years fixed term role.

As part of Unilever Compass organization, Health & Wellbeing is setup as a separate Business Unit. The Unilever H&W business has been growing at a fierce pace over the last few years both through acquisition and existing unit growth. The Unilever H&W ERP+ program objective is to achieve “1 order, 1 truck, 1 invoice, 1 term and 1 logistics network” vision to enable H&W business to focus on growth.

Unilever H&W is proposing an Integration Hub enterprise architecture as the go-forward strategy for integrations. An Integration Hub architecture offers these key benefits:

- Provide a standard set of APIs to meet Unilever H&W standards for the frequency and detail level of inventory transactions being received from Partners.
- More frequent and detailed inventory transactions to facilitate inventory visibility across supply chain, better planning in Kinaxis and better order management decisions in Dynamics.
- Streamline business operations for supplier and partner onboarding
- Ability to scale high frequency transactions and near real-time updates with cost-optimized distributed load.
- Expand and enhance Integration capabilities to meet future growth and business demands, including integrations with new and legacy systems.

What can you expect from the role?

Purpose of the Role:

- _ To setup an Integration Hub architecture backbone and integration points between Dynamic 365 F&O and 3rd party Trading partners - 3PL partners, Co-Packers, Co-Manufacturers, Amazon, Suppliers, and Retailers._
- _ The workstream includes (but not limited to)_
- _ Provide technical consultancy to business partners in driving clarity of business requirements, assess and evaluate the right fit integration solution, high-level design, cost and time estimates to facilitate the production of high-quality charters._
- _ Work in close partnership with SI partners, peers and with Programme Directors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution & delivery of integration hub or introductions for key projects and programmes_
- _ Own the delivery (end-to-end) of the integration hub._

Scope of the Role
- The role covers the following areas_

Project related activities:

- _ Providing Technical Consultancy to Business Partners (BPs) in clarifying business requirements, developing appropriate high-level designs/interface patterns, costs and time estimates for the production of high-quality project Charters by the H&W organisation._
- _ QA’ing (and challenging) business requirements documentation delivered by solution owners; ensuring that these are completed to the appropriate standard and level of detail and clarity._
- _ Creating a clear solution design for each project or change that will deliver the business requirements, balanced with the need for simplicity, reusability, lowest possible TCO and alignment to IT Destination Architecture, CoE Design Guidelines and Global Information Standards._
- _ Ensuring timely delivery of these deliverables with Application Development suppliers._
- _ Reviewing technical specifications to ensure that proposals align to destination technology and architecture._
- _ Project managing minor enhancements, medium to large projects or part of bigger programmes that affect the other specific processes/technology areas._
- _ Proposing the priority and sequence of changes linked to specific releases and working with the Release Management organisation to agree these._

Non-project related activities:

- _ Outside of the scope set out above, the integration manager will be expected to:_
- _ Develop a good understanding of future technology and architecture directions, including the opportunities for new functionality and reduced TCO created by these_
- _ Developing and driving knowledge of end-to-end business processes and their likely evolution_
- _ Generating and driving ideas for continuous improvement, simplification and reduced TCO in the existing system landscape_
- _ Working with product vendors to identify product gaps and co-innovate on new features and bug fixes for integration platform_
- _ Developing relationships, with key stakeholders in the BP, Service, Key business owners, with strategic suppliers and 3rd party IT service providers to help both drive and share the knowledge base._
