The Senior Financial Analyst will provide information and insights to the Brazil team supporting the Financial Controller to drive performance of the business through accurate and timely accounting, financial planning, improved performance and financial analytics.

The opportunity this individual will have the impact of analysis and insight into financial performance and trends of the business.

Working with the local management, your understanding of the drivers and establish corrective plans where necessary are essential to the success of the team. Collaborating with all members of the Brazil team, you will take the responsibility for providing accurate insightful financial analysis of financial and industry data to aid performance management.

Key Job Function:

- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and AP aging reports to ensure timely payments to vendors, along with daily cash positions and reconcile bank balances.
- Assist in weekly reports, month-end closing activities, annual budgets and forecasts, and audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
- Prepare and send service invoices, statements, and collection notices and post journal entries for monthly-end close processes.
- Generate, analyze, and reconcile AR reports, trends, and KPIs for internal reporting and accurate recording of transactions.
- Work closely with third parties for the vendor invoices and communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and follow up on payment status.
- Manage electronic funds transfers, wires, and high volume of intercompany transactions that are in the system timely.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualificações** Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 4+ years experience with daily routines for finance - AP/AR/Treasury, and accounting - journals general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations and reports.
- Communication in both Portuguese and English - professional/advanced level.
- Experience supporting month-end closure, annual and monthly budgeting/forecasting processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ERP system (financial-accounting module) - Ti9 will be a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and organization.
- Ability to use initiative and confidence to drive and simplify processes
- Hands on, ownership attitude, committed, organized and able to manage numerous challenging tasks whilst developing collaborative business relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, understands risk management and can follow compliance and best
- Collaborative, able to build relationships across different functions, discipline and problem solver.
