**St. Paul's School is looking for examination invigilators for the mock exams that will take place from 20th January - 31st January 2024.**

**General**

**Regarding the role**:

- Maintaining examination security throughout the process.

Collaborating with the examination officer and senior invigilator.

**Invigilators must also**:

- Dedicate full attention to conducting examinations accurately.
- Report any suspicions regarding examination paper security to the Exams officer.

Refrain from engaging in any other activities, such as reading, while in the examination room.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Your primary role will involve providing support to the Exams Officer in the daily operation of examination venues and other related processes. This includes:

- Assisting in the setup of examination venues, including arranging stationery, equipment, and examination papers.
- Monitoring attendance during examinations and documenting late arrivals.
- Collecting and organizing examination scripts at the conclusion of examinations.
- Aiding in the preparation of script envelopes.
- Assisting in the packing and transportation of examination materials to and from venues.

Assisting in the development of seating plans.

Exact timetable of hours needed will be confirmed to examination invigilator by December.

This is a contractor position (prestação de serviço) and is therefore only available to non-staff members to St. Paul's School.
