Overview:
Waters is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of an Account Payable Analyst.
- This position will have significant exposure with Brazil Finance Leadership team as well as connecting with overall Finance community and specific business partners. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position.
This role should demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver by utilizing performance metric driven insights to address unmet needs, challenge status quo and hold accountable with key partners to act with speed and agility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guarantee all vendor accounts are handled precisely and ensure accurate and complete information.
- Obtain and validate invoices for suitable authorization and documentation approval.
- Establish fresh vendor profiles and supervise accounts to guarantee payments are updated.
- Ensure good working relationship with vendors and acknowledge queries.
- Monitor keeping of records, documentation, and bookkeeping.
- Offer support and advice to other accounting departments.
