**Your role**
- Are you an analytical and inventive thinker? Are you interested in develop M&As, IPO and Bonds pitches for the largest companies in the Brazilian and Global market?
- We’re looking for an Investment Banking Intern to:
- support to the team in the executions of M&A, ECM and DCM transactions;
- support the team in conducting sector research and detailed analysis;
- support analysts in financial models build-up;
- projects and pitchbooks execution of the key deals in the segment.
**Your team**
- You will be working Investment Bank team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We execute a wide variety of industry-changing transactions in capital markets. You will work directly with many of our senior executives, and others UBS teams across the worldwide. At UBS BB you will have a unique experience in a Global bank, with strong local presence and unparallelly worldwide reach.
**Your expertise**
- students of Business Administration, Engineering or Economics with graduation date from dec/24;
- some knowledge in accounting and corporate finance;
- solid skills in Microsoft Office - specially in Excel and Power Point;
- ideally fluent English;
- good communication skills - verbal and writing;
- strong attention to details and focus;
- previous experience in Investment Banking will be a plus.
