We are looking for a medical professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry who has a strategic vision of the business to join our Novo Nordisk Medical Affairs team.

This position will be based in São Paulo (Brazil).

**The Position**

As a Medical Group Manager, you will be accountable for Medical guidance developing trainings for marketing, sales and market access teams, in pathology and products. Also you will be leading and creating the Medical Strategy for the business unit, it is important to keep up to date information and contact with the Key Opinion Leaders, implementing innovative medical education programmes such as events and advisory boards. Other responsibilities include:

- Engagement with national associations (medical Societies and Patient Associations).
- Management and development of the medical team by monitoring activities and analysing indicators.
- Mapping and ensuring the processes and scientific information of the business.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a Medical Degree
- Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese.
- Previous experience as Medical Manager in a Pharmaceutical Industry and in launching new products.
- Knowledge about Data Insights and Patient Journey will be considered as an asset.
- We are looking for a professional with strategic business vision and innovative thinking.
