**LOGISTICS SERVICE SR ANALYST** | São José dos Campos/SP**

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for** Logistics Services Sr. Analyst (Projects)** to be based in São José dos Campos.

This role focuses on managing Deliver operations projects, especially those that involve cost reduction (CIP's), new distribution, modal and process models, standardization, innovation, sustainability, systems and technologies, support and participation in projects with transport and distribution centers area involved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Cross Sector project pipeline.
- Track the progress of all projects.
- Manage strategic and confidential transport-related projects.
- Define project methodologies to be used.
- Structuring project methodology workshops.
- Perform financial analysis of projects.
- Monthly present project status to leadership.
- Monitor the execution of projects and launches at Planisware.
- Involve the necessary stakeholders to carry out the projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Engineering
- Previous experience in the Logistic area
- Advanced in English and Portuguese. Spanish proficiency is as plus
- Advanced Excel, Office 365 tools, MS Project, Power BI, g-Craft and Planisware
- Understanding of FPx project methodology (certification)
- Knowledge of data analysis, including management and visualization tools
- Ability to transform data analysis into insights with tangible results
- Knowledge of product delivery system, scheduling, reverse logistics, load optimization and routing
- Data modeling, presentation and analysis skills
