**Take responsibility for the safety of our workforce**

As Health and Safety Leader, you’ll lead a highly-motivated team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with our HSE standards. You’ll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You’ll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.

As a Health and Safety Manager (HSE), you will be responsible for:

- Communicating and influencing with cross-functional teams to ensure operational objectives are implemented
- Providing expertise and knowledge of environmental health and safety, directly to the business
- Analysing and developing new procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory framework
- Managing your team's career planning to ensure effective mentoring, performance development and training

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalents
- Be certified in one or more relevant HSE certifications
- Have good experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environment
- Desired experience in functional management
