**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with strategic analysis, metric reporting, and executive presentations.
- Experience in statistical modeling, survey design, data analysis, and effective experimental design.
- Ability to complete project work separately and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to extract insights from data and tell convincing stories.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quantitative support, market understanding and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to identify growth and quality opportunities for the product.
- Work with large data sets and solve non-routine investigative issues, use problem-solving and statistical methods to the issues to measure quality, improve consumer products, and understand the behavior of end-users.
- Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
