The Risk and Compliance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that Kokku Games complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

**As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will**:

- Systematically and comprehensively conduct identification and evaluation of operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks affecting the organization, aiming to gain a deep and accurate understanding of these critical variables for Kokku's operations and integrity. Conduct detailed analyses to understand the likelihood and impact of different risk scenarios;
- Actively participate in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to significantly contribute to the organization's regulatory framework, ensuring precise alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Ensure policy compliance with regulatory standards and specific industry standards, with special attention to ensuring that the regulatory framework is adequately aligned with the specific requirements and expectations of the gaming industry.
- Develop training programs for employees, addressing topics related to compliance and risk management, to promote a comprehensive and consistent understanding of these concepts, thereby ensuring uniform adherence to established policies and guidelines. Keep the team updated on changes in regulations and internal policies.;
- Conduct investigations of complaints regarding potential violations of policies and regulations, aiming for rigorous and impartial investigation of such allegations to preserve the organization's regulatory and ethical integrity.
- Develop intervention strategies by developing corrective action plans to effectively address and resolve identified issues, ensuring the restoration of compliance and continuous improvement of organizational processes.
- Actively collaborate in the implementation of effective internal controls, aiming to proactively mitigate inherent risks and contribute to strengthening corporate governance, promoting a systematic and efficient approach to managing challenges associated with organizational processes.
- Continuously and systematically monitor the effectiveness of these controls monthly to ensure the consistency, relevance, and adaptability of these mechanisms in the ongoing management of risks and the strengthening of Kokku's operational integrity. Prepare regular reports on compliance and risk status.
- Meticulously and systematically maintain accurate documentation related to audits, investigations, and other activities to preserve information integrity and traceability, providing a solid documentary basis for retrospective analyses and future assessments;
- Collaborate closely with managers from all areas, establishing effective coordination to ensure full adherence to organizational policies and practices, promoting operational consistency and strengthening a culture of compliance throughout the corporate structure.
- Closely monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization to proactively stay informed about legal developments, ensuring prompt adaptation and continuous compliance with current regulatory requirements.
- Update policies and procedures as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance;
- Support in promoting an organizational culture that values compliance and integrity.;
- Provide guidance and clarification on ethical and compliance issues;
**Requirements**:

- Academic background, bachelor's degree in administration, law, psychology, human resources management, or proven experience in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet
- Fluent English.

**Desirable**
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or other certifications from recognized institutions.
