Business experience with product management, P&L management, operations, financial analysis or customer service preferably with eCommerce or retail experience.
- Consistent track record in project and product management - product design, work prioritization, planning, and delegation
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Great analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer (buying and selling) needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
- Ability to think tactically, and a broad commercial awareness developed in a dynamic environment
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data (by using Excel and other Business Intelligence tools)
- Ability to problem-solve using creative thinking and innovation.
- Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
- High degree of organization and ability to lead multiple, competing priorities
- Utmost attention to detail and desire to roll up your sleeves
- Autonomous, organized and a self-starter
- Excellent English communication is required (verbal and written)
- Experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
- High level of computer literacy, experienced knowledge of MS Excel, comfortable dealing with large data-sets and complex systems

Key job responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Be the single threaded owner to partner with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, standardization and automation across category work.
- Identify process gaps and drive projects for sustained improvements, influencing and working with technology, operations, compliance and business teams and leaders
- Partner with other product managers and technology teams to influence innovation on existing (or to build new) systems, tools and workflows for category management.

About the team

This role is part of a core responsibility, owning the development of tech products for Brazil Supply Chain inside the Retail operations and Initiatives (RO&I) team. This team is responsible to develop processes, technology, services and solutions to improve Retail Operations efficiency for Consumer (Retail) in Brazil.
- Master’s degree (MBA, Math, Engineering, Science).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possesses excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
- Experience leading projects using Agile.
- Experience with SQL, strong database and computer skills.
- Thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
